The NHS App

The NHS App gives you a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services including:

• ordering repeat prescriptions and nominating a pharmacy where you would like to collect them
• booking and managing appointments
• viewing your GP health record to see information like your allergies and medicines

KLINIK

Use Klinik to save both a phone call to book an appointment and potentially a visit to the surgery. You can use it to request a Fit Note   (sick note) or GP letter. This NHS approved service ensures your GP gets the information he or she needs  to help you as quickly as possible. Klinik also has lots of really useful self-care information.  

SYSTM ONLINE

Patients can register for Systm Online. Once registered you can book appointments on-line, order prescriptions, view your detailed coded clinical record via the internet and request access to your full clinical record.

To do this, please ask at reception and bring a form of ID with you so that we can verify your identity. You can download the , but must bring this to the surgery with a form of ID as listed on the bottom of the registration form.

You will be given a username and password for the online service. Once registered, please click on the  logo above to access your Systm Online services.
